Making sure your brakes are working properly could be the difference between getting into an accident and getting home in Traverse City. That's why it's important to recognize when your Ford needs brake service. Are your brakes braking or breaking? Here are a few things you can look and listen for:

  • Worn out brake pads: Brake pads should be at least a quarter of an inch thick. If they're worn down beyond that, it's time to have them replaced.
