The Ford Super Duty consists of the F-250 and F-350 for personal use. Each one is highlighted by standout size, cabin and bed options, and of course a range of capabilities. That's all powered by three different engine options. This includes:
7.3L OHV PFI GAS V8
Design a gas-powered V8 built for strenuous duty, hauling heavy loads day in and day out, with commercial-grade durability, performance and efficiency and you get the port fuel-injected 7.3L. This pushrod V8 design optimizes low-end torque, and the variable-cam timing helps to optimize high-output power. And for the durability also required, the 7.3L features a cast-iron block with four-bolt and cross-bolted main bearings plus a forged-steel crankshaft. Want the largest, most powerful gas V8, rated at 430 hp and 475 lbs.-ft of torque, in a heavy-duty pickup?* This is it.
6.7L POWER STROKE®V8 TURBO DIESEL ENGINE
The available 6.7L Power Stroke® V8 Turbo Diesel features a 36,000-psi fuel-injection system, featuring injectors that can atomize fuel up to eight times per stroke to optimize combustion. It also features stronger block, cylinder heads, connector rods and bearings, plus forged-steel pistons, which means 475 hp and 1,050 lb.-ft. of torque at 1,600 rpm. It produces maximum horsepower at a lower RPM than any other engine at 2,600 rpm.* Finally, the engine features an electric-actuated variable-geometry turbocharger that improves throttle response and efficiency.
6.2L FLEX-FUEL GAS V8
The 6.2L flex-fuel gas V8 is the standard engine in F-250 and F-350 models. It's engineered to deliver peak torque at lower rpm and generates high torque throughout the midrange of the power band. The SOHC valvetrain with roller-rocker shafts results in a stiff valvetrain with an optimized intake and exhaust port layout for better breathing. The 6.2L in the F-250 is teamed up with the TorqShift G 6-speed transmission; in the F-350, it features the 10-speed automatic.

With the Ford Super Duty, you're going to find that it can tow all types be it fifth-wheel, gooseneck, and more with standard towing capacities of 12,000 to 18,000 pounds, along with a payload range from 3,775 to 7,044 pounds. UPFITTER SWITCHES
Super Duty® offers available upfitter switches, located in an overhead console, for a variety of aftermarket accessories, such as a winch, lights, strobes, two-way radio. They're factory installed, so there's no need to cut into the truck's electrical system. Six switches include two 40-amp switches (ignition on or off) plus four 25-amp switches (ignition on).

- Pro Trailer Backup Assist™ - Rotate the Pro Trailer Backup Assist knob to help maintain greater control over backing up your trailer (after initial setup).
- Trailer Reverse Guidance - Expanded view via cameras in the sideview mirrors and visual guides in the center dash screen show the direction of the truck and the trailer, with guidelines and camera angles changing with steering wheel movement.
- 180-/360-Degree Cameras - Images are created from cameras for a view of all sides of the truck.
- Customer-placed camera - Available for mounting to the back of a trailer.
- Center high-mounted stop lamp camera - Provides a view of the pickup bed, helpful when hooking up to a fifth-wheel or gooseneck hitch.
WIRELESS CHARGING PAD
The available wireless charging pad accepts a wide range of devices with built-in charging capability. Simply set your phone with charging side down on the pad, located in the center console, while the vehicle is either running or in accessory mode. When your phone is fully charged, the unit will maintain it even while you're streaming music or making a call through the available SYNC® 3 or SYNC® 4 system.
Not all phones are compatible with wireless charging. Devices without built-in wireless charging require an additional manufacturer-approved receiver or sleeve. Wireless phone charger supports Qi.
