Ford Innovation Finds a Use for Excess CO2
By now, most of us are aware of the very real threat climate change poses to our planet, and part of Ford Motor Company helping to combat climate change is reducing its impact on the planet entirely. One of the ways to achieve that is by using excess CO2—one of the gasses contributing to climate change—to create foam and plastic components. Ford is currently testing these products and expects the biomaterials to start being used in production vehicles within five years. The video below explains some more information, so give it a look if you’re interested!
