"I just wanted to let you know about a "Remarkable" experience I had with my customer on a Saturday, since I know he's not the e-mail or letter writing type of guy. I sold a 2008 GMC Sierra pickup truck to him about a week prior with the promise of adjusting the rear bumper that was pushed in, the best we could, and also touch up a quarter sized spot where the paint was chipped off due to the bumper impact. John E. helped me arrange the appointment with the body shop, Mike T. a body technician was going to be in the body shop on Saturday working on another customer's vehicle. Mike stopped and began working on my customer's truck and fixed the bumper to "perfect", not just "close enough" condition. Mike then washed my customer's entire vehicle and touched up the spot where the bumper impacted the box side, after that he walked around the entire vehicle and touched up any and all chips and scratches, when he was finished Mike drove the truck around to the front of the dealership walked in and handed the keys to my customer. I did not know all of this till after the fact, my customer did not leave right away and came over to see me to express his gratitude on how he was treated from me the salesperson, the body shop and the entire Fox Motors dealership from purchase to the follow up on the repairs.

I believe that if we are here to create a "Remarkable" experience for our customers, that it takes teamwork and a belief that "Your work is your calling card." Mike T. showed me that he believes this too."
